I have an online store called Glee Bargain Centers and I struggled with sales until I started to be more consistent and started to put together strategies that started to work within a 90 day period. I notice the old way of following my business plan was not working, I needed to simplify it and break it down into smaller terms so I can implement and execute. So I decided to make a tailored made business plan because some of the steps of the old business plan was not working for me. So I put together my own way of doing a business plan it does not have all the components of a business plan but when I put it together and implemented my strategies I saw immediate results. So I kept on doing it over and over again to grow and make my business more successful.
